some tips for it.
browse at deviantart.. click the category
Customization > Skins & Themes > Windows Utilities > BootSkin
NOTE: if ever the file already .bootskin extension... no need to extract if to folder... just rightclick at open tab click bootskin and poof!...
but if its on rar... u'll need to copy paste it on its folder... c\progra~1\stardo~1\WinCus~1\BootSk~1\skins (put it on folder)
