We wouldn't really know how safe a computer is from a net cafe. If mods access FTalk thru net cafes, it could get nasty. Some computers might be installed w/ some hacking programs. And someone may get access to a moderator's account. I suggest, just be very cautious. If you have access on clearing private datas on a browser do that. It could help, cos Firefox can install logins/passwords. I'm using my own computer, so it's safe on my end.
