@Cutest08: Just follow the steps and thats it.
@EwenessgALLore: JASC Animation shop is for animation, of course.
@Lg_ciang: Click 'Start' instead of 'Order'. And if it still won't open the program, then you can search online about Animation shops, but the important thing is you must convert each one of the blinkie images into transparent .gif
