Heres simple. play any movies using Cyberlink DVD or any player that can capture then capture it simultaneously while the movie is running. Then open it in macromedia FLASH then put all the pics there and if you will be ask for something there just press yes (I forgot already what will be ask) because they will automatically put your movies in order then save. SAVE as GIF. FINISH
