unfortunately no Harvest moon franchise developed for PC. but if you really desperate to have one, download ps1 emulator and look for harvest moon rom. try www.emuparadise.org to download free emulators and roms.they have lots of roms for GBA and PSX. you can also try n64 version or the gameboy one.
