Just Open A Notepad Then, ......
Save it with 
.css
then host upload it in ur hosting site ....
after uploading it,copy the URL of ur CSS EXTENSION ....
Then Replae the Text(URL OF CSS FILE EXTENSION HERE) with ur CSS EXTENSION
