I want to know how to access my old phone which is nokia 6600 even without sim because when I try to insert sim cards there its says "insert sim" I guess it might be broken already. Please share some

hmmm im not so sure cuz my cellphone is also nokia but it can work offline...offline means there is no sim....hmmm.....
