I know. of course di pwedeng makawala ang apat na yun sa incident. pero di ba naisip ng girl na [i]"hey wait, this is a [b]frat[/b]. i was informed that frats are blah blah blah..."[/i] right? natetelevised na nga ang mga ganyan eh - don't tell me di sya nanunuod ng mga documentaries. LOL.
i know the blame should be really put on the four students and just lightly at the school, but admit it, may fault din kahit papano yung girl.

btw, tanong ko sa inyo, what will the authorities do dun sa apat na yun since they are also still [b]minors[/b]? ang alam ko is hindi pwedeng ikulong ang mga taong 17 y/o pababa (correct me if i'm wrong).
