[Step1]Create new file in Photoshop: [img]http://i207.photobucket.com/albums/bb60/goddessoffire_bucket/step1.jpg[/img] You can use the settings above. [Step2]Use the paint bucket tool to fill it whatever color you like. I'll be using black. [step14]then make a new frame. and move the layer 2 downwards and the pic or whatever. [step15]then save it optimized Then you're done!
