Anyways, I didn't notice diabolicious posted a topic about the Rules. But it's true, you have to get approval by admin before it gets sticked. Diabolicious' topic could have been sticked if he notified a moderator, or admin perhaps. That way, we can look at it right away and add needed content if possible.
