ok ok you can make any HTML page you want but remember! Your page must contain teh following code:-
<">Teh [b]<html></html>[/b] tag is very important! Never miss it when you make a webpage 
Teh [b]<head></head>[/b] tag is where you can put teh background, teh styles, CSS, Javascripts, favorite icon, page transition and whatever that is concerned wif teh design, teh tweaks of your page.
Teh [b]<title></title>[/b] is for teh title of your webpage.
Teh [b]<body></body>[/b] is where you can put teh contents of your webpage inside ![;]](img/smilies/wink.gif)
