why it's nOt wOrking ?

i put the cOdes at css seCtiOn Of my cUztumize prOfile then i Saved it .
but it dOesnt wOrk .
i already refreSh the paGe sO many times i already lOg Out anD in.
bUt there's nOthin chanGe
