to know ur user ID go to ur profile , then view--> page source--> then find this line

just add that number to the last line of this

but if you did not get it just go to ur friend then look for you profile there in his/her list of friends then click ur self there then you will see at your navigation bar (the place where u type ur address) you will see this

the number again is ur user id.
