When viewing your event logs in the Event Viewer, you may come across one or more corrupt log files. Here is how you can clear these corrupt log files: Go to Start>> Control Panel>> Administrative Tools>> Event Viewer With the Event Viewer open, locate the corrupt log file. Right click the corrupt log file and select Properties. Click the "Clear" button.
