[b]Over time, you may notice that the Disk Cleanup Utility takes longer and longer to sort files or won't complete the cleanup process. This is usually caused by a full TEMP directory, corrupt temp files or a heavily fragmented hard disk. Try cleaning out the temp files using the method below, then perform a disk defragmentation: Start>> All Programs>> Accessories>> System Tools>> Disk Defragmenter. To clean TEMP files: Go to Start>> Run, type in: %temp% [Enter] In the resulting menu, select Edit>> Select All [Delete] Then select Yes.
