Melted Ice + More water on our ocean + Increase in the volume of water in the clouds = Flood on most rains.
Don't you folks notice that? 2-3 years ago whenever it rains few places in your hometown doesn't flood, but now we hear about floods in the news all over the philippines. That's what i've noticed. Recently one hour of rain is enough to flood the streets in our city.
