hmm.if not your system then I'm thinking of your hardware might be the cause of the problem.
did you try cleaning your computer. I'm not sure of this but maybe your computer gets over-heat. is your place cool? if not try opening the case and place a small fan on it. It should at least help lessen its temperature. I hope this will help.
