However, if it is true, and it was a real letter written by Art Bell (who I have not heard of, by the way) then this man has definitely got some issues. Some of the things he accuses Filipino's of, happens right here in USA by Americans, even white Americans. I hope it's not true 'cause those were very harsh and hateful words about a group of people (a group of people who I love ). I hate people like that, as I'm probably one of the most un-biased and non-prejudicial people I know. These kinds of things deeply sadden me about the ways of the world.
