[b]1st.[/b] Open a picture! then duplicate the layer by hiting [b]Ctrl+J![/b] Create new layer by hiting [b]Ctrl+Shift+N[/b] put the layer below the dog image! Then Fill it up with white! by doing [b]Alt+backspace[/b] [b]2nd[/b] select the dog layer! then use the "rectangular marquee tool" then select like the image below! Invert the selection by hiting [b]Ctrl+Shift+I[/b] this will allow you to invert the selection! then Hit "DEL" in your keyboard! to erase outside the proposed photo paper! Hit [b]Alt+backspace[/b] [i]note: switch you foreground color to black![/i] so you can see the white boarder! Hold down CTRL key and click the DOG layer! it will select only the layer! then in the Menu click Select>Modify>Expand then enter the value of 15 or what ever you like! depending the size of the white boarder of the photo! Create a new layer or Hit CTRL+SHIFT+N Then HIT CTRL+SHIFT+BACKSPACE to fill the new layer with white!
