[b]Carribean Pork N' Rice[/b] - 460 Calories
find a large, about 6" in depth pan
1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. Pork tenderloin, cut into chunks
2 carrots, chopped
1 onion, chopped 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked 1 can (14 oz.) pineapple chunks in juice, undrained 1-1/2 cups water
1 green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
Stir Fry the onions & pork & let it simmer. Then add everything & let simmer again for 5 mins. Add rice & barbeque sauce & let the rice soften for 15-20 mins. remember to give it a stir when the rice begin to swell or it will stick to the pan. then you're done ^_^ I made this for dinner couple of months ago.
