Everytime I try out overlay layouts its seems to not work :O First I download, then edit, then generate, then I've tried posting it in the media box, id like to meet, about me... still doesnt work...

I see the problem now 
I'm prolly using IE6? not sure 
maybe that's why most overlay layouts are not working 
but I found some layout that are applicable to my browser 
but I'm getting this odd problem again My Testimonial/Comment box wont show up. Do you know how to fix that?
