Take some time off. You need not to think about that, you're way to young to worry about that! I had that situation few years back. I was just like you and we broke up and never had communication for almost 2 years and when we met again I told her abotu everything and we got back together.
No need to rush into that, if you were really meant for each other then let destiny do it's part.
