My Strategies:
[b]Jahrakal[/b] - top lane
[b]Sven[/b] - top lane
[b]Centaur[/b] - bottom lane
[b]Kardel[/b] - mid lane
[b]Mirana-[/b] bottom lane
Don't put the two [b]Tankers[/b] in one lane. It may cause level gapping. I suggest putting Kardel in the middle so he can deny and defend mid towers.
The long range heroes must be separate to be able to harass enemies and causing them to death.
