What I would suggest for you to do is tell him that this is the first time that you have experienced having a boyfriend and ask him in what way you are acting "childish" so that you will know and, maybe, at your option if you want to, you can adjust. But I would strongly suggest for you to do is DUMP the guy, he should be the one "entertaining" you because he has experience and guide you on how both of you could make your relationship work.
