yeah, I thought so..
first they (moderator) will cursed the member(s) if he or she keeps breakin' the rules...
but if they (members) still keep breakin' it, of course the Moderator will be able to ban him/her..
but now, the problem is that Shirow Masamune did [b]NOT[/b] cursed him (kiddy) but headlong him to be banned..
so what do you think?
