Hmmm... The longest I spent online is 3-5days nonstop but of course I sleep too but I live my computer online 
If I'm in front my PC, the maximum is 24hrs and my average is 13-15hrs. The minimum is 5mins .gif)
Hours spent in Friendster: 3-5hours 2-3x a week.
Hours spent in Ftalk: 6-10hrs everyday.
Lately, I'm lazy checking Ftalk coz all threads are full of short posts and there's nothing to respond to. 
If I'm in front my PC, the maximum is 24hrs and my average is 13-15hrs. The minimum is 5mins
