^ I believe that they are thinking of adding more to it, or making another one, yes. Honestly, I didn't agree with the bailout from the beginning because I don't see why the taxpayers should have to pay for the mistakes of greedy bankers and greedy people on Wall Street. I realize that "something" had to be done, but I just hope that people don't expect it to stop a recession from happening....'cause it's not gonna work. What that "bailout" essentially did, was put a bandage (like band-aid) on a broken bone (with the bone protruding through the skin). It doesn't really do anything in the long run.
