^ Well, it takes more than one person. 
But it takes just the government of 1 country to lead other nations. The best possible candidate to lead on lessening the effects of global warming....the United States, seeing that we are the richest, most powerful country in the world. It's too bad our government doesn't seem to want to take the damn lead and be a model.
