Try to check in SM Davao., If you can't find any store there at SM, then maybe E-cards are available at some places like Luzon. There's a dealer at Mindanao. Anyway. Is General Santos a part of Mindanao? Cause there's a e-card dealer at Gen San, Or Another choice, IF you really cant find anything on that place. Try to shop online.
