Too much high heels = High heels can also create long-term problems for women’s feet. Hammertoes, callouses, and bunions — and high-heeled women comprise the vast majority of them. Models has suffered a lot of bone problems regarding their toes because they always wear high heels. Too much pressure on your toes could result your bones to permanently bend and physicians will not be able to cure it.
Too much flip flops = Too much problems following the correct attire. A lot of my co-workers had problems like these. They always prefer flip flops and try to make it fashionable so our managers will hardly notice it. Sure it's fashionable but flip flops will always be flip flops.
Overuse of flip flops are not really good for your health too. When people wear flip flops all the time they are constantly scrunching their toes up into a claw. It also stretches the calf muscles hugely if the wearer is used to wearing a heel. It strains the Achilles tendon and the back of the leg. Pain can start to develop after two weeks.
I prefer wearing both of them from time to time so that it could also exercise my body and posture.
