for me,
just get 1 hour more than enough sleep,
wash your face when you get home,
in the morning,
and before you go to sleep.
[i usually use ponds whitening facial foam in the morning and dove aqua moisture facial foam before i sleep]
then before you go to sleep,
put ponds white beauty detox.
and of course,
don't forget to use oil control paper [clear n clear control paper is the best for me] because those oil is the one of the materials that can cause acne..

btw,
if u get so sleepy and you forget to wash your face,
you can just use any toner.
just make your face clean because dusts cause acne.
