Starting when I reached a post of 191...it never increased since then even though I keep posting. I think my account is whacked...And one of the members(my couzin) have the same problem. Why is it??

Then your total post won't increase since those sections won't add post count due some reasons. (To avoid spamming, Free chat area, etc.)
