My pagination is 50 topics per page, so I can clearly see 2 pages and 10 topics. Every visit I make on the CSS section. Topics not sticked, move up and up then circulate... I assure you they are not ignored. The view rate justifies this... It looks inactive because some members don't bother to give a comment. Some aren't even members when viewing the topic. That's why the views increase kinda rapidly.
