you know.. i totally agree with this essay... even if im a teenager, living in two worlds opens my eyes for me. i see here in Canada people are concerned about their country while in Pinas... we do nothing except run away. i especially like the prisoner part where they say they'll leave Pinas forever when they get out. us, who are free people... is that not what we are doing? yet the hypocrisy does not stop.. u hear singers and actors or w/e say "Ako Ay Pilipino" or "Im proud to be Filipino" what have they done for the country to be actually proud to be a part of the nation? i used to say a lot that i will always be a Filipina whatever any citizenship papers say.. but do i deserve to carry the right? do any of us do? --thanks for readin my rant lol--
