Hello and greetings to the members who are willing to help me about my problem. here's my problem i bought a webcam yesterday and i tried to connect it into my computer the problem is this, whenever i try to open the webcam function on yahoo messenger the picture or image won't appear on the cam for instance its all black it can't be view or can't be seen. well if you would ask me if i properly installed it well i did. this webcam i bought doesn't need any drivers to be installed with just plug it in and thats it. if you want to know what kind of webcam is this then here's the visual aid and information about it. http://www.a4tech.com/ennew/product.asp?id=493 i tried everything to make this damn webcam work on ym but it won't budge it seems i got a bad luck on this. someone said maybe its on my USB port cause it requires USB 2.0 something but then when i try the webcam by its own what i mean is i tried it without using the ym or msn its working fine but whenever i try to use it on ym the problem arise in short it can't be use on ym and msn purposes when i bought it i let them first to test it on their own pc and ym and its working there. i can't seem to figure where the problem is coming so i need some help from the expert out there all your contributions or advices, tips will be appreciated with much grace XD
