uhm, i have something to suggest in the egroups thing, i suggest we have organized egroup discussions like putting up threads in every egroups, for the egroups to be organized and trendy :D

The e-groups is like a Section.
While the e-groups are like topics.
I think you can't create a subsection in a topic. 
Besides, a group is composed of members with the same ideas, beliefs etc... In short a open discussion.
Having sub sections in a group will defeat the purpose of a group...
