Photoshop can't make flash documents.....unless you export it in swf....But not in good quality...output...You can use adobe to create good gif animation though..
for flash you can use of course marcromedia flash...
Well, for your problem..actually you can download photoshop and macromedia flash here... http://www.adobe.com/downloads ....well, of course its just trial that you can download..but if you want you can download the keygens for these softwares on torrent...Or i have the keygen of the CS2 adobe and 8 for flash and dreamweaver...or if you want the latest CS3 for the 3 softwares,I also have all the keygen for these 3 great softwares...
Well, the download may take quite long..but it wud be worth it.....
