http://tinypic.com for images.
http://googlepages.com for .js .css .php .html etc files.
http://myyearbook.com (This isn't actually a host site. I just rip the music for the flash.) 
http://geocities.com I use this for large images and layouts.
http://www.rapidoh.net and http://ephemeral.joekingky.com FTP sites given to me by my friends.
