For my personal layout, I am using Ripway only (for both the codes and image files). The advantage of using one hosting file is that loading is much faster than using multiple hosting sites. However, there is a chance of over-bandwidth consumption, I am personally recommending this method only for personal layouts. But for layouts that will be shared for public use, this is not advisable. It's better to use some other free hosting sites mentioned by some of the posters.
