Open your Adobe Photoshop. (CS2 to CS4 Recommended)
Open The Image You Want.
If the image is a background. Copy it as a layer.
Go to the layer you copied and select Layer > Layer Style > Blending Styles... On the menu bar.
A prompt will appear containing a list of options. Check the Bevel and Emboss check box,
Change the opacity and color on Shading.
Press Ok after finishing.
