And admin who moved it out from the BS, since there are no mods could do that. By re-set this topic to a public discussion, we just want to give Jule a chance to make a self-defence, and assure us that he really didn't do this. Like what the TS said, he has the rights to do that. And we have to make it transparent, to avoid any negative assumptions from members.
