That is made by brushes and layers using an image editing program. After making the left image, he/she copied the layer and flipped it horizontally making a balanced left and right side. Finally he/she added the text while using blending shadow that gave the text the shadow-ish effect. For the middle part... He/she added and approximate 500px layer containing a plain black layer. He/she added the bars using the arrow and brush (The yellow-ish side).
Anyway, just a concept....
For the brushes... I am not sure what brushes he/she used.
