i agree w/ this 
reward for the contributors.. the member will pursue to make one to gain that thingy..
i dont care if their head will get big.. 
(or maging mayabang ang mahalaga meron syang naishare na pwedeng ipag mayabang) you know..
its not the reward its the contribution you share.. right!?
