i think
newbie's don't need a guardian here.
They are not kids to have a guardian just
to join a forum.
and also, we are not sure to that guardian
if he/she is still active that time to handle
that newbie when he/she enters this forum.
Its like making this forum more sensitive.
and it will make more pending members to join here.
all we need to do is just remind a newbie to read
the forum rules .gif)
