admin is the one who made that kind of punishment system for that feature
we are just the ones who bestow it to the rule breakers..
its commonsense, you know to yourself that you are already cursed and currently suffering with that punishment and you keep visiting this site with that kind of state, if you don't want to experience those pop-ups then i suggest you wait for your curse to abate.
