The most disturbing movie from all disturbing movies I've seen is [b]THE HILLS HAVE EYES[/b]. My classmate let me borrow a copy of it, which was UNRATED, which was that some scenes in that copy weren't displayed in the movies 'cuz it's totally brutal. 
My BFF's and I watched it last afternoon, and we jumped our seats off. Too gory and disturbing.
