Ban for the impersonating account and curse to the primary or banned to the primary copycat you decide...
Hate to sound like a jerk but that guy is getting on my nerves. 
Intensional Spamming.
Copying ideas of others without permission twice.
Trying to give credits to him self for someone's else idea.
I rated him
