Remove The [b]Drop Shadow[/b] and apply the [b]Outer[/b] and [b]Inner Glow[/b]

[b]Now to Edit Your Effect[/b]

[b]Then Duplicate the image and apply the OuterGlow[/b]
Click the [b]tween tool[/b] and set it to 5 frames

[b]Now Duplicate The Last image and apply the Remove the OuterGlow[/b]
