After making the Flash Buttons save it to your PC. (The file you download is a .swf save to desktop)
Go to a host site then upload the .swf you just downloaded
Copy code below:
<">Paste it to media section
Copy your uploaded .swf url
Paste on [b]CHANGE THIS TO YOUR SWF FILE[/b] area of the code
Adjust height and width for desired hight or width
Save.
eg, Friendster Nav Bar
