I think it was a warning issued to you ages ago. The reason why your admin's note wasn't deleted/updated is because like Lin said, maybe the mod who wrote that is no longer active. I will lift the warning on your admin note because I don't think it applies anymore. IMO, I think all moderators inform the member his/her violation before writing it on "admin's note" because it wouldn't be called "warning" if the member in question hasn't been warned. Do not worry, we'll add the date when a member has been warned on admin's note from now on. Thank you for your suggestion.
